My Story
With over 14 years of experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry, I’m a dedicated personal trainer passionate about helping people lead healthier, more balanced lives. I spent nine years working with one of the UK’s largest gym chains, following five years at a variety of independent gyms. This journey has allowed me to work with a diverse range of clients, each with their own goals, challenges, and stories—and it's been an incredible privilege to be part of so many personal transformations.

My own fitness journey inspired me to turn my passion into a career. Exercise has played a huge role in my physical and mental wellbeing, and I’m driven by the opportunity to help others experience those same benefits. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have years of training behind you, I believe movement and exercise can be life-enhancing at any level.

Early in my career, I thought fitness was all about chasing the ‘perfect body’—lifting heavier, running faster, eating strictly. And for some, that’s the goal—and it’s a worthy one. But after years of working with real people from all walks of life, I’ve come to believe that fitness is, at its core, about feeling good. It’s about being healthy, building confidence, moving well, and finding a lifestyle that feels sustainable and fulfilling.

To me, fitness isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal. My mission is to help you find what works for you, so you can feel strong, happy, and comfortable in your own skin.
